This recently reformed town house in centre of Alora makes a great holiday. The property has reformed to a high standard and feels very welcoming. Though this property is ready to move you could also add more accommodation if required.
Entering into the property, the entrance hall leads you to two bedrooms. The open plan lounge kitchen runs along the rear of the property with views towards the mountains. The guest bathroom is also on this floor.
Outside there is a roof solarium with views of the castle and mountains. A large open area is located below the property that could be closed and converted to a second rental unit if need be. There is a also a large storage room.
The garden has many mature plants and feels very private.
Alora is a large large and typical Spanish village, with over 14,000 inhabitants, is a perfect base for exploring different places and discovering beautiful nature. The town is nestled between three large rocks and crowned by the beautiful ruins of an old Arab caste. The views from the terrace in front of this castle are exceptional!
The village has a unique Andalusian feel, with its steep streets and white washed houses. In between the historical features, like the second oldest church in Spain, there are also a lot of modern facilities, like a medical centre, a cinema, lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, a local sports complex and a large public swimming pool.
Alora is 45 minutes (45 km.) from the city of Málaga and the airport. The beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos) are a 40 minute (48 km.) drive away.
